SUMMARY:
Under the direct supervision of the Accounting/HR Director this position provides administrative support to AAA Fire Protection, performing a variety of administrative duties according to established policies and procedures.
DUTIES:
· Receives, screens, and directs phones calls and emails
· Assist Management, Technicians and Office Staff when needed
· Calls, emails and/or mails correspondence to customers as necessary to update accounts and answer any questions
· General clerical duties
· Assist the accounting office as needed (accepting customer payments and collection efforts)
· Sorts and distributes mail
· Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Hours are Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
