What You’ll Take Ownership Of:

• Brainstorming ways to make products marketable to clients and executing on your ideas. This person would be participating in creating outbound marketing products such as catalogs, print ads, in-store signage, radio ads, billboards, promotional flyers, as well as digital display ads and assisting in our sign department.
• Consistently produce marketing collateral that aligns with our company’s brand identity and standards.
• Maintaining a finger on the pulse of current events that may impact our business, as well as industry and technology trends, the competitive landscape, and market trends.
• Work on multiple design projects and ensure projects deadlines are met.
• May assist with designing and implementing social media marketing.
• Compiling, organizing, and submitting vendor co-op claims.
• Working with other Acme employees in Marketing, as well as other departments, to track and follow-up on co-op claims to vendors.
• Uploading claim forms and marketing materials to vendor co-op portals.
• Tracking vendor balances, paid and un-paid claims on co-op spreadsheets.
• Building positive relationships with vendors and checking bureaus; Creating contact lists with information needed.

• Rolling with the punches when it comes to taking on other challenges as needed.

Need-To-Haves:

• Bachelor or Associates Degree/Certificate in graphic arts, design, communications or related field or 2 years of on-the-job graphic design, advertising, co-op, or marketing concepts experience.
• Knowledge of marketing/advertising principles.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to build relationships throughout the company.
• An eye for detail with the ability to manage multiples projects, campaigns, and co-op claims at one time.
• Excellent technology skills with a proficiency in operating Adobe Creative Applications: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator; Microsoft Word, Excel; Mac OS.

Love-To-Haves:

• Previous experience with Google Analytics, Google My Business, local inventory ads, or digital marketing.
