Acousthetics Hiring for Estimator / Marketing Coordinator Job at San Francisco, CA Full Time

We are a small, unique, fast-paced company that provides sales and technical support for a wide variety of architectural/acoustical products – from high-end interior finishes to sound isolation construction materials. As a small company, we all share responsibilities fluidly and work collaboratively to support one another. Prior knowledge of acoustics is not necessary – but an interest in learning about it would be nice! We seek someone who is creative and detail-oriented, with an interest in organization and order, design & construction processes, fabrication & manufacturing.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and update company database and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
• Investigate leads and construction bids and gather information to determine good leads from bad ones
• Review architectural drawings and specifications and provide take-offs on materials and products
• Develop, expand, and maintain our marketing channels
• Support technical staff with administrative sales, marketing tasks, and estimating organization
• Collaborate with our sales and technical team in all stages of marketing campaigns
• Sometimes answer phones (we all do this)
• Help with invoicing, invoice payment follow up, and accounts payable

SKILLS:

• Knowledge of the architecture and construction industry and design/build phases
• Familiarity with architectural specifications and drawings
• Social media marketing
• Comfortable interfacing with architects, engineers, general contractors, developers and vendors, with minimal supervision and/or direction
• Knowledge of maintaining websites, web content, updating and creating pages

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor of Arts or Science degree
• 2 years (min.) with construction, architecture, design, or engineering firm
• Familiarity (or willingness to learn) Bluebeam Revu, Microsoft Office, Quickbooks, and CRM software
• Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, organized, creative problem solver, curious, critical thinker, and ambitious
• Ability to manage many projects simultaneously within short deadlines

Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience. Benefits include medical/dental insurance, retirement plan (after waiting period), paid vacation and holidays, and an incentive/bonus program.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $55,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
