About the Role:

Adlumin is looking for a Senior Graphics and Web Designer be responsible for Adlumin’s visual concept. The Graphic designer will collaborate with the marketing team to create and manage digital and print designs, website maintenance and generating creative ideas to elevate the design. The ideal senior graphic designer should have in-depth knowledge of graphic design, styles, layout techniques and experience with marketing projects, product packaging and web design.

Responsibilities:

• Oversees all internal- and external-facing online and print creative materials from conception to final delivery; provides clear creative direction, guidance, and feedback to design team members to ensure ability to meet organizational and partner needs
• Designs and researches line elements as required and/or assist in creating, updating, and designing as required, sales tools and presentation aids
• Maintains the Adlumin company website and updates the layout as needed
• Consistently create well-designed, tested code using best practices for website development, including mobile and responsive site design
• Owns website performance, maintenance, and operational processes. Performs routine site audits, ongoing maintenance, and security updates
• Creates websites and user interfaces, using standard HTML/CSS practices, while incorporating data from back-end databases, technologies, and services
• Creates and maintains files for all creative assets and resources, such as software, art materials, and special fonts, which are needed for record keeping and referencing
• Evaluates and manages production resources to enhance high productivity and allocations
• Facilitates product campaigns and marketing via emails, microsites and other landing pages to boost client to customer interactions
• Works closely with brand and content teams

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
• 4-5+ years’ experience as a graphic designer, Senior Graphic Designer or a lead role creating a diverse range of designs
• Candidate must have a strong understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility, responsive design, general web functions and standards
• Experience in planning and delivering integrated software platforms used across multiple products and organizational units, using APIs, web services, plug-ins, or web apps
• Deep expertise and hands on experience with Web Applications, platforms, tools, and programming languages such as WordPress, SSL, JavaScript, PHP, JQuery and APIs
• Experience with SQL, Python, or Sitecore a plus
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Able to work collaboratively and cross-functionally across multiple stakeholders
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS and CSS3 with a strong emphasis toward responsive and multiple device design and development
• Great communication and time management skills
• US Citizen or Permanent Resident

Pay: $95,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
