Advanced Commercial Painting Hiring for Project Estimator/Project Manager Job at Oklahoma City, OK Full Time

Advanced Commercial Painting specializes in the painting of commercial and industrial facilities, some
of which include oil and energy offices, clinics, hospitals, religious institutions, schools, universities,
retails, restaurants, business centers and parks. There are 7 main segments which constitute the entire field
of operations which include:

• Architectural Coatings
• Industrial Coatings
• Floor Finishing
• Wall Covering Installation
• Drywall Finishing
• Wood Finishing
• Abrasive Blasting

As a Full Time Project, Manager/Estimator you will:

• Estimate and manage multiple projects within Oklahoma
• Lead projects from Prebid to completion
• Allocate resources for contractual obligations
• Negotiate and allocate project-specific resources, manpower, services, materials and equipment
• Procure and allocate project-specific documents accordingly
• Track and maintain schedules, safety and quality of projects
• Respond quickly to onsite emergencies and emergency service calls.
• Attend meetings related to ITB’s, write proposals, and provide client follow up through sales closeout.

Skills/Requirements:

• Must have 5+ years’ experience estimating/ managing commercial projectsin the painting industry.
• Strong Management, leadership, and interpersonal skills

• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Computer skilled and experienced with Microsoft Office Suite and On-screen takeoff

programs

Salary Range
52,000-80,000
