Reporting to the Director of HR, the HR Generalist is responsible for performing a variety of HR support functions and ensuring timely flow of information to and from the warehouse management staff. This position’s responsibilities include employee record keeping, new hire process/orientation, and recruiting. The HR Generalist will assist with the development and administration of programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the company.
