The community you’ll be caring for:
- The Maitland Office Plaza houses our highly skilled teams that support our hospital system including Marketing, Patient Financial Services, Revenue Management, the Credit Union and Human Resources.
- The Trickle Building, a two-story office structure, creates an atmosphere of health and healing, with a healthy-style café and quaint chapel.
- The main lobby is filled with lush greenery and a light trickle of water, creating a holistic environment.
The role you’ll contribute:
As a member of the Organizational Effectiveness & Talent Planning team the Coordinator is responsible for optimal effectiveness and continuous improvement with a focus on driving faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of and proficiency with changes that impact employees. The position supports the project work and activities associated with organizational design, organizational development and other transformation change initiatives across the division and enterprise. It requires strong collaboration with internal team members and organizational leaders to provide operations support for transformation efforts including change readiness, organizational design, organizational development, change management, communications, implementation, metrics and sustainability.

- Develop change strategies and governance processes while creating and implementing change plans that minimize employee resistance and maximize employee engagement.
- Provide organizational transformation change consulting across the organization to support leaders and teams in achieving best in class application of AdventHealth suite of change tools and strategies.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive communication strategy for transformation initiatives to ensure ongoing change agility and speed of adoption while managing resistance to organizational change.
- Maintains confidential data, including program and employee information and metrics including summary reports
- Supports the implementation of Organizational Effectiveness programs to include change management initiatives, organizational design, organizational development and transformational employee programs by providing project, administrative and client service support
- Develops protocols for maintaining highly confidential data
- Utilizes processes that track progress, identify and address change issues and provide updates to senior leadership regarding overall project plans
- Supports the coordination of meetings/sessions across the organization with support of the executive assistant, including meeting logistics, materials, and capturing all data
Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Associates degree in Arts or Science
- Detail-oriented, excellent organization skills
- Strong customer service orientation and strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong problem-solving skills
- Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite
