About the Project Manager

We are looking for a technically inclined self-starter to project manage the bulk transfer of monitored security systems from existing platforms to Affiliated’s Software As A Service (SaaS) monitoring platform. You will be the key client liaison responsible for the project management of both the transfer and the initial monitoring implementation of these systems. Upon completion of each project, you will transition the client, their customers, and their systems to our Partner Success team.

What You Will Be Doing

• Plan, develop and own individual transfer projects from inception to monitoring go-live.
• Manage and lead your team. Team will include experienced transfer and onboarding specialists proficient in diverse monitoring technologies and software platforms.
• Work closely with Affiliated’s internal teams to serve as a trusted advisor to new clients and deeply understand their unique challenges and goals.
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Assist with the development of communication / presentation materials for projects.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation – including actions, risks, tasks, dependencies, project deliverables and status reports.
• Heavy focus on applying fundamental knowledge of project management best practices.
• Monitor project progress and set deadlines to ensure timely project completion.
• Solve issues that arise including missing data and customer requests.
• Ensure stakeholder satisfaction through consistent communication to keep them informed of matters requiring timely action and issue resolution.
• Evaluate project performance.

• Experience – 3+ years of project management experience related to SaaS implementation processes (data conversions, configurations)
• PMP certification desirable o Agile and/or Waterfall Project Management Methodologies
• BS/BA in Computer Science / Business or related field preferred
• COVID-19 Vaccination Required
