Ageless Healthcare is looking a local bookkeeper with experience. Most work can be done remotely. Mostly data entry.

Workload for entire company is approximately 40 hours a month.

• Must have knowledge of Excel spreadsheets
• Prepare and post month end close journal entries
• Perform month end duties
• Perform monthly general ledger and various cash account bank reconciliations
• Assist with annual and interim audits
• Maintain banking and administration reports
• Provide payroll support QuickBooks
• quarterly payroll taxes
• federal and state withholding taxes
• Workers Compensation audits
• Aspects of W-2 preparation and submission

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.00 per hour

• Quickbooks: 3 years (Required)
