Pay Range: $50,000 – $65,000 based on qualifications and experience.

Air Squared Manufacturing, Inc. is an OEM manufacturer of scroll type compressors, vacuum pumps and expanders for the medical, aerospace, fuel cell and power generation industries. We are seeking a motivated, self-directed, and financially astute individual to get involved in a wide range of financial, administrative, and accounting responsibilities.

Staff Accountant Job Responsibilities:

• Adjusting journal entries
• Review bank transactions daily and make transfers as needed
• Monthly bank reconciliations
• Reconcile inventory reports vs. general ledger
• Prepare financial statements for review
• Month end close, including review of general ledger accounts, closing journal entries
• Provide support to Accounts Payable
• Update cash flow projections in Google Sheets
• Assist with yearly budgeting
• File and pay state and local taxes
• Prepare materials to CPA firm for tax preparation
• Ad Hoc support and reporting
• Simple Excel modeling
• Other responsibilities as required

Staff Accountant Qualifications:

• MUST SUBMIT RESUME TO BE CONSIDERED
• Bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years experience in Accounting is preferred
• Intermediate MS Excel skills
• Proficient in Google Suite, especially Google Sheets
• Person who is motivated, self-directed, and a problem solver
• References from previous employers or instructors
• Employment with Air Squared is contingent on passing a statewide background check, drug screening (for substances illegal in the state of Colorado), and employment verification through E-Verify
