Alliance Director
Location: Office-base in one of the following Anthem offices: New York
The Role
The Alliance Director is responsible for overseeing the execution and success of the City of New York Alliance Strategy as set forth by the Alliance Joint Leadership Team. Works to drive alignment across multiple matrix organizations to ensure flawless execution, success & timely effective issue resolution. The candidate is responsible for maintaining an active and visible leadership role facilitating a high degree of collaboration across the alliance partners. Responsible for regularly monitoring & reporting business and operational results; actively addressing opportunities for improvement and proactively remediating issues and anticipated risks. Partners with key leaders to help drive profitable membership growth.
