GET PAID TO LEARN!! We pay our CNA Students as they take our CNA class, and employee you within our facility. RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for assisting residents with activities of daily living in order to promote resident independence and dignity. Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent (GED) * Nurse Aide certification in the state of Texas, and we are starting a class soon * Must be in good standing on the Nurse Aide Registry in the state of Texas and Misconduct Registry, if you have never been a CNA you wont show up that’s okay we still have to check * Ability to understand, remember and carry out verbal and written instructions in English * Ability to speak clearly and hear well enough to communicate with residents Essential Functions * To assure resident safety. * Bathe, shower, shampoo, shave, comb hair, dress appropriately, nail care of any residents assigned * Follow resident assignment schedule as made out by the charge nurse * Lift, move and transfer residents as required * Answer call lights in a timely manner * Assist or feed residents * Keep resident clean and dry, toileting or providing incontinent care * Provide supportive, protective, and safe environments for residents * Other duties may be assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $10.50 – $12.00 per hour
