Job Description Position: Project Manager

We are looking for a project manager who will be responsible for overseeing the successful completion of projects specializing in the construction & design of highly complex agricultural & industrial facilities and a variety of material handling operations throughout the continental US.You will lead projects through every stage of the project life cycle, from planning to delivery. As a project manager, you will be a key member of our team, responsible for establishing and maintaining a strong rapport with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and time management skills and strong attention to detail. This role will give you the unique opportunity to contribute to the continued development of internal project management and take on a mentoring role to support staff.

Applications have included sand storage and handling, cement storage and handling, refinery projects involving crushing and conveying petroleum coke, power generation utilizing coal or biomass or other products, as well as liquid processing such as ethanol and bio-diesel projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is helpful
• Minimum 1-3 years relevant work experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated expertise in project management through all phases of a project life cycle
• Working knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and programs including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Experience with project management software (eg. Microsoft Project, Primavera)
• Advanced negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Strong management, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to present technical information clearly and concisely at a level appropriate to the target audience
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and time constraints in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage the workload of multiple projects

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
