Overview:
Looking for a detail oriented individual that is comfortable being on the phone and computer most of the day. This Customer Care Agent role is fully remote and can sit anywhere out of CT, NY, NJ or MA. Reliable internet and covid vaccine are required for this position!

Description:
In this role you will be primarily inputting data for medical records and making outbound calls to obtain any missing data. Moreover, you will be responding to emails as directed by a supervisor. This will be a very data driven role, but you must also be comfortable on the phones.

Shift Options:
Shift 1: Monday & Tuesday: 8:00am – 4:30pm / Wednesday & Thursday: 10:30am – 7:00pm / Friday & Saturday: 8:00am – 12:00pm

Shift 2: Monday & Tuesday: 9:30am – 7:00pm / Wednesday & Thursday: 8:00am – 5:30pm / Saturday 8:00am – 12:00pm

Shift 3: Monday & Tuesday & Wednesday: 8:00am – 4:30pm / Thursday & Friday 10:30am – 7:00pm

Shift 4: Monday & Tuesday & Thursday 8:00am – 7:00pm / Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm

Shift 5 (Part-time only): Monday – Friday 5:00pm – 7:00pm / Saturday 8:00am – 12:00pm

Data entry

Outbound & inbound calls

Good organizational skills

Copy/Scanning machine experience

Strong computer skills

Accountabilities:
Using softphone and hard phone technology; answers telephone calls through an automated call distribution system.

Processes HEP forms as assigned by Supervisor

Responds to Customer emails as assigned by Supervisor

May be selected to drive to retrieve mail from CCI and bring to electronically scan and process documents related to HEP compliance review forms: (Physician Notification forms, Reinstatement forms, Chronic Compliance forms and Protected Health Information forms).

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Vaccination required

High School Diploma or equivalent

Excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast pace environment and maintain accuracy
