ATC Healthcare is searching for a Talent Acquisition Specialist in our Midland Office. This position is full-time as a Talent Acquisition Specialist who primarily focuses on recruitment of high quality nursing and other medical staff for the State of Michigan Prison System, MDHHS Hospitals and VA Long Term Care facilities. As our Talent Acquisition Specialist; you will identify and work with medical candidates to place them in long-term contracts for the State of Michigan.

Talent Acquisition Specialist Responsibilities:

• Utilizes available sourcing sites to mine for needed Health Care Associates (HCAs).
• Places open job postings on websites and social media
• Reviews resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
• Conducts behavioral based interviews via phone, zoom and in person, to identify top tier candidates for clients.
• Provides complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position.
• Coverts recruits to working candidates by submitting the correct new hire phases to correct client representative.
• Coordinates post-screening communication with candidates through the offer and on-boarding process and post-hire check-in’s.

Talent Acquisition Specialist Qualifications:

• Requires Associate Degree with prior experience and/or education in the health care industry.
• Prefers a Bachelor Degree.
• Creative and strong abilities to source new candidates.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, MS Suite, and Social Media.
• Strong interviewing and skills assessment of candidates.
• Ability to recruit multiple positions simultaneously.
• Motivated to succeed/passion around organizational goals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced/deadline driven environment.
