We are looking for an Operations Manager to join our amazing and growing team! This person will be operations focused, a team player, have a can-do attitude.

The Operations Manager will have oversight of the locations key functions and metrics including but not limited to Sales Revenue, Profit, HR, and Quality Control. This key position will create a team environment through Servant Leadership that is focused on customer service and achieving business results.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee daily operations of the location, management and sales teams.

Coordinate the development of key performance goals for managers and complete required daily, weekly and monthly reports.

Develop a culture of accountability – no excuses, only results.

Ensure the development strategic plans to pursue targeted goals and objectives.

Ensure the overall delivery and quality of our company offerings to customers.

Oversee key hiring and talent development programs.

Evaluate, plan and request key investments in equipment, infrastructure, and talent to senior leadership for approval. Approve material and supplies purchasing for location.

Identify and implement cost reductions and/or process improvements.

Communicate strategy and results to employees.

Assist Sales Manager / Sales Team on Job Proposals and Estimating.

Ensure the safety and security of all company assets and employees by following safety SOP’s and guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have 5+ years of Management experience, with an emphasis in Operations.

Previous P&L, and KPI responsibility.

Experience in rapid location growth and company expansion.

Experience managing a team of 3+ Direct reports and 20+ indirect reports.

Track Record of achieving various performance targets and metrics.

Expert problem solving skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office & Google Suite.

Great communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast paced working environment.

Flexibility with shifting priorities.

Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.

Reliable and responsible.

Construction & service industry experience desired. Experience in Estimating a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
