Awesome Life Group has an exciting opportunity for a Client Services Representative who is passionate about customer service and helping others improve their lives by ensuring they have a fair credit report thus having greater means and opportunities to achieve their personal and business financing goals. By educating and assisting each client on their individual credit needs, our Client Services Representatives are making a difference in people’s lives each day.

***Offices are in the South Hills area of Pittsburgh with easy access from South Hills Village TStation***

Responsibilities:

• Answering inbound calls and assisting the client with questions in a courteous manner
• Reaching out to clients to welcome them to the company and explain the onboarding process
• Preparing the client’s file in accordance with established guidelines, and providing it to the credit repair specialist
• Pulling credit reports of new clients
• Processing payments
• Collect all client documents necessary to begin the credit repair process

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Associates degree or above
• 2+ years of sales/customer service
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and common web browser applications
• Phone etiquette
• Demonstrated ability to work within various technology platforms
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to deliver complex content in a way your audience can understand
• Ability to create and maintain a respectful, controlled, and open learning environment
• Demonstrated ability to work within various technology platforms (I.E. email, websites, and social media.)

• Strong relationship building skills
• Pass a background check and drug screen

SALARY AND BENEFITS: Starting pay is $16-18 per hour depending on work history, advanced degree(s) and applicable experience. After 30 days of full-time employment, employees are eligible for UPMC health insurance, vision, and dental coverage as well as paid holidays and vacation time.
