AUTOMOTIVE BILLING CLERK

We are looking for a conscientious, self-motivated, and thorough Automotive Billing Clerk to join our team. Successful candidates are detail-oriented, seek to produce accurate work and thrive in a culture that values efficiency and team efforts. Accounting experience is required. Automotive billing experience is preferred.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Perform accounting functions associated with billing vehicle deals.
• Audit car deals to ensure compliance with all company policies.
• Process time-sensitive contracts and related vehicle sales documentation accurately.
• Communicate regularly with F&I Managers and Sales Managers to further strengthen processes and build in efficiencies where applicable.
• Maintain Inventory and all related accounting schedules

• Accounting experience is required
• Automotive billing experience is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.50 per hour
