BEST Crowd Management, A Gardaworld Company, provides an array of event staffing including guest service and security personnel to stadiums, arenas, convention centers and other event locations nationwide. We are a privately owned, fast growth company that currently employs more than 20,000 nationwide.

We are seeking a Human Resources Representative who will dive into a variety of HR responsibilities including: leading presentations regarding work opportunities to interested candidates, onboarding, background and licensing requirements, employee relation issues, payroll questions/resolutions and assist with recruitment efforts.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Standardize onboarding efforts and deliver a high-energy presentation to interested candidates on a weekly basis
• Serve as a resource to respond and resolve scheduling and compensation related issues
• Assist in the resolution of employee relation issues; handle employee write-ups and disciplinary action; ensure progressive discipline is followed and tracked on all corrective actions
• Identify new opportunities where HR can add value
• Verify licenses and license compliance reporting
• Assist with general recruitment initiatives
• Thoroughly complete onboarding for >2000 applicants annually

WHO ARE YOU ARE

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or related field or relevant experience
• 1-3 years of progressive HR experience in high growth organizations
• Possess foundation of knowledge of applicable state and federal regulatory requirements, principles and procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude and a flexible approach, as demands may change quickly
• Able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization; strong written and oral communication skills
• Highly organized with a knack for remaining calm under pressure

Pay: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour
