Our talented and amazing team of experts is in search of an experienced Office Manager who has the passion, skills, and drive for helping patients achieve beautiful smiles and better health, while creating “wow” experiences at every visit. If this sounds like you, we need to talk!

• Possesses great communication & interpersonal skills
• Is extremely well organized and detailed-oriented
• Has outstanding customer service & sales skills
• Has leadership experience to guide a team
• Has ability to monitor advertising and marketing campaigns
• Has bookkeeping skills to monitor income and expenses
• Understands facial aesthetics (highly preferred)
• Remains calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Has 3+ years’ experience as an office manager in a private dental practice or medspa (required)

This is a FULL-TIME position, Monday 10-7pm, Tuesday-Friday, 8am-5pm. (We will consider a part-time opportunity for M/W/F schedule). Our competitive compensation package also includes:

Pay: $45.00 – $50.00 per hour
