This position is a member of the Pay Practices team within the Global Compensation organization and will contribute to and lead compensation projects that will support our paid time for employees. Position Responsibilities:
Contribute to strategy, benchmarking, design and implementation of pay practices with collaboration from HR, Payroll, Cost Policy, Leave Management Services, Law, and other stakeholders
Manage projects and design related to paid time at work (e.g., overtime, shift premiums, allowances, work schedules, telecommuting), paid time off (holidays, vacation, sick leave, Paid Time Off) and leaves of absence (parental leave, military leave, educational leave)
Conduct research to understand the effectiveness of pay practices and leave policies
Conduct benchmarking to identify market practices
Conduct analysis to model costs and impact associated with pay practices
Provide internal consulting services on pay practices and leave issues
Lead ad hoc project teams
Communicate with, educate and train customers on compensation pay practices
Coordinate enterprise compensation program approvals, deviations or changes

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience within Compensation
3+ years of experience working with compensation pay practices
3+ years of experience with FMLA, FLSA and Federal and State labor laws
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Human Resources and/or Compensation Certification
1+ years of experience with the Workday HR Management System
5+ years of experience in the development, communication, facilitation, or support of compensation or rewards programs
Typical Education & Experience:
Typically 10 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Summary pay range: $77,490 – $143,910
