Boeing Ukraine LLC is seeking a Project Management Engineer to join our team in Kyiv, Ukraine .

Basic Qualifications:
Existing rights to work in Ukraine

English (Upper Intermediate) – oral and written

Fluent Ukrainian

Technical Diploma is required

Experience with Boeing engineering projects

Preferred qualifications:
Any Project Management certificates are preferable

At least 5 years of engineering (aerospace) experience

Fluent English (is preferred) – oral and written

Good understanding of aerospace engineering requirements/software and deliverables

Experience of the Project management role with practical application

Microsoft Office experience user. Need to know the following databases and applications: Microsoft project, Steelray Project Viewer. Preferable: Stealth, PMDB, *Database repositories, QMAP, eSPEC and/or equivalent

Be stressful with good communication skills

Be flexible to accommodate any schedule required for successful project accomplishment as well as schedule/deliverables/budget control

Take a project responsibilities with KPI targets (preferable: examples of previous career KPI targets and accomplishments)

Responsibilities:
Leads others and directs all phases of assigned cross-organizational or business unit projects demonstrating proficiency in all project management areas in accordance with accepted project management standards in the industry (e.g., PMI, Project Management Body of Knowledge [PMBOK], ANSI, and ISO standards)

Oversight, and management responsibility (including performance management & reporting) for a portfolio of small to medium size projects in support of organizational the goals and objectives. Identifies key stakeholder project specific objectives and requirements

Ensures assigned individuals are executing the identified and assigned tasks and providing appropriate tracking and reporting per plan

Provides in-depth analysis of project culminating with lessons learned and historical reports for incorporation into future project plans

Provides assessment of team performance to appropriate management. Develops solutions to complex problems that require ingenuity and innovation

Provides in depth analysis; identify lessons learned, provide historical reports to incorporate into future project plans

Provides input of team member performance to management, where appropriate

Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. Ph.D., Master+3 years’ related work experience).
