Audit Sr Accountant II Responsibilities

• Evaluates internal controls and work programs
• Supervises the preparation of management letters and collaborates on tax matters
• Completes staff performance evaluations after each engagement
• Assists in recruiting new staff, developing training aids, and acting as an instructor in professional staff development programs
• Main person responsible for training and assisting staff while in the field
• Developing expertise in an area of specialty application

Audit Sr Accountant II Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
• Minimum Four (4) years experience in public accounting, demonstrating a progression in complexity, scope and number of engagements managed
• Active CPA certification strongly preferred
• Well-rounded knowledge of accounting principles and personal income taxes
• Supervisory experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
