As an HR Generalist at Braden River Rehab, you will serve as the on-site coordinator of all HR functions for a long-term care and rehabilitation center. You will work closely in conjunction with leadership and Corporate HR to post jobs, recruit and onboard staff, orientate new hires, key time entries, manage time clock corrections, and process bi-weekly payroll. You will also administer benefits and reward and recognition programs, report leave of absence and work comp, maintain employee records in the HRIS, and coordinate employee relations with the Regional HR Manager as needed. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field required, or the equivalent in education and experience.
• Prior Human Resources experience with basic working knowledge of HR Management Principles required (i.e., Wage and Hour, FLSA, EEO, Leave Administration, FMLA, ADA, Work Comp, OSHA, Benefits Administration, etc.).
• Prior experience processing payroll and managing time entries preferred, with one (1+) years’ experience processing payroll for an employer with 100+ employees preferred.
• Prior experience recruiting and onboarding new hires preferred.
• Must be PC proficient with basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Computer Programs and Internet-based applications, with experience multitasking between programs and systems simultaneously on dual computer monitors.
• Experience with UltiPro, Kronos and Indeed a plus.
• A professional certification in HR and/or Payroll a plus.

• Prior Healthcare HR experience with knowledge of credentialing and healthcare compliance a plus; Long-Term Care and/or SNF HR experience a plus.
