JOB SUMMARY: The Recruiter is responsible for the recruitment of company positions as directed by the Talent Acquisition and Retention Manager.
REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Organization Development, Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Must have a minimum of three (3) years of recruiting experience. Recruitment experience in the hospice or home care environment preferred.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills
- Must be multi-task and detail oriented
- Must be able to work with all levels within an organization.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to travel 5-10% of the time, often without notice
- Must be flexible in work hours
