Calvert Internal Medicine Group is an independent, multi-specialty group practice located in southern Maryland.

We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Patient Access Manager to join our busy team at out medical practice. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in primary care or internal medicine, along with a strong background in medical billing and customer service. The successful applicant will be responsible for taking calls to schedule appointments, responding to internal and external inquiries, and utilizing medical software to manage patient information.

Responsibilities:

• Interview and present company services to potential customers.
• Update contracts with existing customers.
• Monitor and evaluate the company’s services contract performance.
• Work with the Chief Medical Officer to monitor the health of existing patients.
• Organize and develop promotional materials.
