Camp Bow Wow – CRANBERRY, PA is looking for an outgoing and energetic dog lover, with a passion for marketing to join our team as Marketing Manager, aka “Scout”.

Camp Bow Wow® is the premier Doggy Day Care and Overnight Boarding facility that provides a fun, safe and upscale environment for dogs to play, romp and receive lots of love and attention. Our Scout holds a key role within our Camp, spreading the word about our brand and building our business. Job includes growing business through promotion of the brand, building relationships with local business owners and pet-related venues, community events, social media and more. The Scout also works with Camp Counselors to educate and train on marketing initiates and goals. Additionally Scout may be required to work in camp fulfilling duties of Front Desk, Camp Counselor depending on schedule. The Scout works with Camp Manager and Regional Operations Director to create marketing plan, execute strategies and tactics.

Ideal candidate is a creative, out-of-the-box thinker who is data and results-driven. Candidate must be a people person, comfortable in a sales environment with a variety of potential customers both in person and on the phone. Inside and/or outside sales experience strongly preferred. Position requires travel so reliable transportation is a must.
