Clinical Liaison – Home Health

Now hiring a Clinical Liaison at Care IV Home Health’s Little Rock, Arkansas branch! Our Clinical Liaison joins our dynamic marketing team, and will serve as a liaison to the central Arkansas community by marketing our home health services to area clinics, hospitals, physicians’ offices, long-term care facilities and other potential referrals sources. Our Little Rock territory covers Pulaski County, Faulkner County, Lonoke County and part of Saline County (eastern). This position offers excellent benefits. Salary plus bonus. Pay depends on experience. Mileage reimbursement or company car option available!

Duties & Responsibilities:

• clinically assess potential patients’ charts for home health service needs
• market our home health services to the community and area referral sources
• build positive relationships within our central AR territory
• ensure a smooth transition for patients onto our services by maintaining open communication with our Director, Intake Team, Case Managers and other staff
• track and report marketing analytics for our central Arkansas territory
• increase patient census within your assigned territory
• participate in sales meetings as at our Corporate office in Little Rock & other branch locations as needed
• Additional duties as assigned

Desired experience:

• We are seeking a dynamic professional with a proven track record of increasing patient referrals / census through sales & marketing efforts specific to the healthcare industry

• Active RN license that is in good standing (preferred, may consider clinicians with a therapy license, social worker license, etc). Non-clinically licensed individuals with healthcare marketing experience may be considered (in this case, a Bachelor’s Degree is strongly preferred)

• Home Health marketing experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills, professional demeanor and established network of professional relationships in central Arkansas
• Willingness to do in-state travel as needed
