JOB PURPOSE: *
We are looking for an energetic person to assist our growing accounting department with ongoing special projects and workload in a fast-paced environment. Flexible schedule and part-time hours available.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: *

• Assist with accounts receivable/payable for CDA, including data entry, collecting payments, sending statements, making collection calls, and printing reports for owners.
• Review all gravel sales, and maintain monthly spreadsheets for all pits.
• Update various spreadsheets and/or lists as needed and file documents.
• Complete special projects as requested by accounting staff.
• Listen and actively participate in communicating with employees and customers.
• Maintain harmonious relationships with all CDA staff.
• Maintain a professional attitude and performance in accordance with the established personnel policies.
