Position Summary:
The Human Resources Generalist for DESTACO’s Remote Handling is responsible for support of a multi-functional, multi-product line manufacturing facility. This includes the coordination and implementation of systems, processes, policies and programs for recruitment and selection, onboarding, coaching as well as training and development for both the hourly and salaried workforce.
The Human Resources Generalist reports to the HR Director, Resources with a dotted-line to the General Manager. The position is located in Red Wing, MN and requires minimal travel.
