Chamberlain Advisors is currently seeking a Supply Chain Analyst for our direct client in the healthcare and retail pharmacy industry. This is an initial 6-month contract with likely extensions up to 2 years. The ideal candidate will support the Inbound Freight Optimization Program in documentation gathering, appointment scheduling, and to assist with Transportation Management Software data entry. Summary

As part of the Inbound Freight Optimization Program (IFOP) Agile project the client is converting prepaid suppliers to collect transportation. This position is needed to assist with documentation gathering, appointment scheduling, and to assist with Transportation Management Software data entry.

What You Will Be Accountable For

• Assist with tracking loads and audit product as it’s loaded into trailers
• Assist with carrier and vendor performance monitoring and reporting
• Assist with inbound collect transportation
• Support with documentation, load building, appointment creation, reporting and auditing of inventory

What Qualifications You Need

• 1+ year of experience
• Ability to stay organized and work with a variety of team members across a few areas of the company
• Ability to work with more than one person overseeing them
• Basic excel skills
• Experience with MS Teams, arranging conference calls and other interactions within Teams
• PowerPoint experience preferred
• Freight routing experience preferred
