Christopherson Business Travel, a globally recognized leader in Travel Management is looking for an Agile Project Manager to join our software development team. This position will focus on agile development best practices (using the Scrum framework) as well as traditional project management duties like dashboard creation, reporting, data analysis, etc.

Responsibilities

• Mentor the development team on development best practices using the Scrum framework
• Create, lead, and improve upon relevant Scrum events such as Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews and Sprint Retrospectives
• Build dashboards and reporting that provide full project transparency
• Provide clear objective feedback on project status and the impact of decisions
• Analyze project data to uncover and respond to delivery trends
• Empathize with, build trust, and collaborate across the organization (Product, Development, QA, Executives, etc.)
• Clear impediments and participate in building a hands-on self-starter culture

Requirements

• 2+ years experience working in an Agile (Scrum) development delivery environment
• 1+ years experience working in a Waterfall development delivery environment
• Experience working with leadership to clearly define the expectations, benefits, and artifacts of Agile development delivery
• Experience working with teams to clarify and translate the differences between Waterfall and Agile development delivery
• Experience working with JIRA to establish dashboards, metrics, etc.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fearless, innovative self-starter that will get their hands dirty

Nice to have:

• PMP Certification
• CSM Certification

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $71,337.00 – $149,058.00 per year
