Job Description:

CLA, the premier pet product service agency, is building a team of passionate and energetic Pet Product Merchandisers to represent our various pet product lines at local pet specialty stores. We are looking to fill the position of Assisted Sales Representative. This is a professional, part-time job that offers plenty of flexibility.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships by serving as a liaison between clients, store associates and Management in stores
• Perform resets and cut ins, build incremental displays, check inventory and correct on-shelf availability as needed
• Promote sales and brand awareness through product knowledge and education
• Ensure client products are merchandised according to plan-o-grams
• Opportunity to participate in seasonal demo programs when available
• Travel to stores once per month within assigned territory

Qualifications:

• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have access to a smart device to complete training, access schedules, complete surveys and take photos while in stores
• Retail merchandising, reset, POG experience strongly preferred
• Must exhibit a professional demeanor with no visible tattoos or facial piercings
• Must have strong communication skills, follow written and online directives and work independently to meet required deadlines
• Physically be able to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 50 pounds, on occasion

This is a part time position. On average, hours range 15-30 hours per *month* based on the assigned store count in a territory.
