Citizens Financial Group, Inc. (CFG) seeks a Software Engineering Managiner for its Chicago, IL location.
Duties: Lead efforts to develop high-quality technology solutions to support digital platforms for banking operations. Contribute insights for solution design, ensuring product success and alignment with enterprise architecture principles. Build modern, architecturally sound components, tools, and applications to meet strategic business goals, infusing quality of service characteristics, such as scalability, manageability, and maintainability, into distributed service-based framework to build or expand business or technical capabilities. Evaluate, correct, and prevent vulnerabilities during the software development process. Conduct technical review of architectures to meet maintainability, scalability, and performance requirements of solutions. Review designs and codes (for quality, reuse, and efficiency) for the team, defining, negotiating and management SLAs for applications. Participate in the development of new standards.
Requirements: Master’s degree in Computer Engineering or related field followed by 5 years of experience in the position offered or in a related role managing technology projects. Full term of experience must include: Developing and implementing Salesforce enterprise applications, including Salesforce classic, Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Triggers, Batch Processes, Controllers, EmailHandler, Database, System APIs, Dashboards/Reports, Lead Conversion, Audit, Forecasting, Lightning (Pages and Components), LDS, Visual Force (Pages, Components, Controllers, and Tabs Data), SOQL, SOSL, Workflow & Approvals, Formulas, Validation Rules, Email Templates, Roles, Profiles, Permission Sets, Groups, Knowledge Roles, Folders, Field Encryption, OAuth2.0, Client-Server SSL Certificates, Single SignOn (IdP and SdP) Security Gateways, Salesforce Shield, and CipherCloud; Developing Salesforce sandbox platforms and environments, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud (including the implementation of Salesforce Voice, contract management, and CTI integration with products like Avaya, Service console, and Omni channel), Salesforce Experience Cloud (including the implementation of Partner/customer facing portals developed using Salesforce components, HTML, CSS, and Java script), Financial Services Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Vlocity; Implementing third party applications into Salesforce, including Marketo and Silverpop for marketing, lead, and campaign management, Docusign for document execution, Conga and Thunderhead for document generation, QAS Experian, and Zuora; Integrating solutions between SFDC and external systems like Morning Star, Specifi, and Envestment to implement business processes; Facilitating the implementation of the Salesforce data models, providing guidance on how and when to create custom objects, junction objects, and other model items; Utilization of Salesforce APEX data loader; Utilizing Salesforce Web Service APIs, including SOAP and REST, to work with data returned by API response payloads; Deploying, building, and migrating processes in a Salesforce environment using associated tools, including Welkin Suit, Copado, and Git Hub Enterprise; Managing technology projects by developing and retaining a team of technologists; and Defining design approaches with technical and non-technical stakeholders that are aligned with a customer-centric product vision and ensuring best practices around engineering and documentation are understood and followed.
