This is Regular Full Time position.

As a Human Resources Manager you will be responsible for:

• Identifying top talent from the pool of candidates through existing networks, continued new networks, referrals, word of mouth and through non-traditional sources
• Acting as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
• Leveraging appropriate tools and resources to identify and recruit candidates
• Building strong relationships with leaders and hiring managers
• Partnering with managers to define and build out hiring plans that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine-tuning standard recruiting processes
• Helping develop and drive process improvement in the recruiting lifecycle as well as share knowledge and best practices with the larger recruiting organization
• Managing offer process, partner with leadership to develop offer negotiation and closing strategies, follow through with pre and post-closing in order to provide the best candidate experience
• Acting as a strategic adviser to leaders and hiring managers throughout the recruiting and talent planning process
• Performs other HR-related duties, as necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Three to five years’ experience in HR
• Previous hotel/resort experience preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
• Must have reliable transportation
• Knowledge/passion in Health & Wellness
