Job Description

We need a digital expert skilled at executing advertising, marketing, and campaigns across a variety of digital channels and creating the visibility to track performance and continually optimize. Our diverse client base has a variety of needs across the digital landscape and we need someone who knows how to match and deliver the right execution with their specific needs. Your responsibilities will be broad across websites, SEO, PPC, social media, display advertising, data & analytics, media, and more. You will be a critical and integrated part of our growing agency.

Primary Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teammates to deliver campaigns that resonate with the customers and potential customers of our clients and drive engagement, conversion, and purchase.
• Build, optimize, monitor, and repair client website executions, landing pages, lead gen forms, etc.
• Build and optimize websites for SEO.
• Develop and deliver email campaigns.
• Post social content across a variety of platforms.
• Purchase digital media required to execute marketing campaigns.
• Implement PPC and advertising campaigns to generate leads and convert customers.
• Implement analytics tracking, create dashboards, and deliver analysis and interpretation that enable a clear view of marketing performance. Design and run A/B tests and perform conversion rate optimization.
• Strive to continually improve agency capability in the digital landscape.
• Deliver projects and commitments with excellence, on time and within budget.

Experience Guidelines

• 2+ years of experience delivering with excellence in a data driven digital marketing role.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Google Ads Certification required.
• Facebook Blueprint Certification is a plus.
• Agency experience a plus.
• Coding experience a plus.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Passionate about delivering amazing marketing that makes a real difference for the client.
