The elaborate labeling classification system embedded in each archived design inspiration photo enables Collov to predict and suggest a customer’s preferred interior style accurately. With an Ai powered generative design, we generate and recommend all possible design solutions for a user to choose from while simultaneously learning his or her tendencies throughout the decision-making process. Customers can visualize their design in an interactive, photo-realistic AR powered 3D rendering before they finish the home decorating journey by purchasing furniture directly from our platform.

What You’ll Do:

We are looking for a talented Email Marketing Manager to make our email channel robust to boost conversion. You’ll be taking the initiative to identify drip campaign needs and opportunities, planning and executive the running email marketing campaigns end-to-end, and managing email databases and creating newsletters. If you’re interested in interior design/furniture ecommerce and can generate innovative ideas to increase sales, we want to meet you!

Specifically, you’ll:

• Boost personalization efforts in email from journey building, audience segmentation and product upsell, cross sell & ect to boost and maximize ROI.

• Champion the brand’s voice, telling the quality story and delivering merchandise storytelling.

• Coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure that all deliverables/ timelines are being met

• Draft creative briefs for each drip campaign, ensuring every communication is special incorporating the brand story and conveying product quality by leveraging static and dynamic content

• Manage promotional, and data driven campaigns end-to-end, including strategy, targeting, set-up, testing, execution, reporting and optimization to ensure business objectives are met.

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of email marketing campaign experience preferably at a B2C start up.

• Excellence with email automation, HTML, and email marketing software platforms such as Braze, Sendgrid, Mailchimp

• Email newsletter marketing is a plus

• Strong analytical skills and preferable expert knowledge of Hubspot

• Exhibits a creative, experimental, iterative mindset with the desire to test and learn quickly

• Ability to work collaboratively and autonomously with short deadlines

• Communicate professionally, tactfully, and kindly while maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times

• Strong project management skill and ability

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
