Starting salary for this position is: $2,890 (Monthly)
Employees starting at the entry step of this range receive salary step advancement after six months and every 12 months thereafter. If an employee starting at anything higher than the entry step of the range, will have salary step advancement after 12 months and salary step advancement every 12 months thereafter until they reach the top of the salary range. Each salary step advancement will be approximately a 5% increase in salary.

The Community Colleges of Spokane is seeking a highly motivated and qualified individual for the position of Testing Assistant in the SCC Testing/Assessment Division.
GENERAL DEFINITION
Under general supervision of the Testing Center Manager, this position supports the operations of the Spokane Community College (SCC) Testing Center including placement evaluations and proctored testing. This position will schedule and administer tests, enter and maintain data, prepare reports, address technical issues, and assist students with math placement. This position will compose written communications and documents and will provide students, staff, faculty, and the public with information about SCC’s policies and activities. This position will open and close the Testing Center and work weekends and evenings as required.

This position is designated a bargaining unit position.
