About the Position
Our Customer Support Specialists are integral to Grayson Living’s success and handle all front-facing customer and order related needs. The role will assist customers seeking assistance with post-order questions such as returns, replacements, item availability, order status, problem resolution, and other issues that may arise from the order fulfillment process.
