We are currently seeking an HR Generalist to join our team. This is an entry level HR management position that will work with partners, managers and employees at all levels and cover two locations.
The Generalist will support a broad range of HR services primarily including time management, payroll, employee relations, discipline, staffing, unemployment, and compliance. Other duties may include training, 401k administration, policy and procedure administration as well as office health management.
The ideal candidate must be able to independently manage the life cycle for approximately 45 employees and investigate workplace incidents and employee concerns daily. Ability to deal with confrontation, time management and communication is vital. Must be organized, detail oriented, dependable, and trustworthy. Must be able to interpret and influence policies/procedures and maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
