Marketing Specialist

A property management company based in New Jersey with a real estate portfolio of commercial and mixed-use properties located mainly in urban areas of NJ, NY and PA. Due to our recent expansion we are looking for a highly motivated Real Estate Marketing Specialist to market our portfolio and lead our marketing department.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Create marketing materials including but not limited to brochures, flyers, direct mail, advertisements, newsletters & presentations using (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).

• Create & manage print and digital marketing campaigns including design and content.
• Update listings in company website and online platforms.
• Manage company’s social media.
• Manage signage inventory and oversee vendors.
• Visit property portfolio to assess signage, shoot pictures & explore brand exposure opportunities.
• Maintain company website
• Create Micro websites for buildings and programs
• Assist in event planning, trade shows and corporate events.
• Build and maintain contact data base
• Conduct research and create contacts to develop new marketing campaigns
• Maintain portfolio image files.

Requirements:

• Minimum Associates degree in Marketing, Arts or Graphic design or other related field, or a minimum of 2 years of relevant marketing experience preferably in the real estate industry.
• Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). Proficient in Microsoft Office products. Web design strongly recommended.
• Expertise in social media and related advertisement online platforms.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. Copy writing experience recommended.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in fast-paced environment.
• Creative personality able to “think outside the box” to implement new strategies and ideas.
• Must have portfolio of previous work ready for presentation.

Pay: $60,000.00 per year
