!! IMMEDIATE OPENING FOR BC/DRIVER FOR FEDEX INDEPENDENT SERVICE PROVIDER – BROOMFIELD, COLORADO !!

Are you ready to transition from full-time driver to become a BC/route manager? ISP is looking for 2nd BC to assist in managing a team of 15 drivers and drive as needed. Role will be part-time BC and part-time driver (full-time job).

Key Responsibilities:

– Ensure drivers complete safety checks, properly load trucks, depart station as scheduled, etc.

– Ensure drivers complete scheduled pickups and deliveries

– Train new drivers

– Drive routes, as needed

Requirements

– Must be organized, honest, customer service oriented, safety focused, and outstanding team player

– Must have 2-3 years strong FedEx driving experience with exceptional results

– Prefer prior experience as business contact/manager

Compensation & benefits

– Pay based on experience, but will likely range from $60,00 to $70,000

– Eligible for performance bonus, based on results

– Eligible for sign on bonus, based on experience and timing

– Paid weekly

– PTO after one year
