I have a fast-moving customer service opportunity with a growing company in Middleton.
Schedule: M-F, 8- 5pm
Pay: $20-22/hour (based on experience)
Job Responsibilities:
- Taking inbound calls regarding workers comp. claims
- Verify and determine applicability of coverage
- Complete 24 hour contact with employer, employee, and attending physician inclusive of telephonic, contact, recorded statements, witnesses
- Customer Relationship management, consistently establishing and maintaining high levels of trust and confidence with clients, through constant contracts, prompt response and resolving client’s question and claim issues
- Address timely benefit delivery including production of benefit
- Completion of of Claim Status Reports
