Dental AREA MANAGER
Based in Nashville, TN with territory responsibilities for Tennessee and Missouri.
Cordental Group is seeking an experienced dental Area Manager to manage 8-10 practices in the Missouri and Tennessee areas. Cordental Group is a boutique dental support organization based out of Cincinnati, OH with approximately 50 practices across 9 states. We are searching for a person experienced in dental operations management across a multi-site / multi-state area. We believe in partnering with our dental practices to help them achieve patient satisfaction, new patient growth, improved production and employee satisfaction.

• Demonstrated knowledge of dental billing and dental practice KPI
• Strong understanding a good dental workflow practices and change management
• Experience in a similar role in the dental industry

Bachelors degree and hands-on dental practice experience is strongly desired.

Our ideal candidate is based out of NASHVILLE, TN with regular travel throughout the state and into the Missouri territory. They will also share our COR Values which are the foundation of everything we do: Collaboration, Optimize, and Respect.

Compensation is salary plus bonus (commensurate with experience).
