Corle Building Systems Hiring for Human Resources Manager Job at Imler, PA Full Time

The Human Resources Manager oversees the organization’s daily administrative functions. These include, but are not limited to, planning, coordinating, and directing activities such as staffing, strategic planning with Senior Leadership, and dealing with employee questions and concerns. Additionally, the Human Resources Manager will liaison between upper management and all other employees as needed.

Duties/Responsibilities:

– Benefits Administration

– Familiarity with Benefit Software packages

– Audit Benefit invoices

– Recruitment of Employees

– Setting up interviews and new employee information input

– Manage Disciplinary Actions

– Knowledge of Employment Law and ensure compliance

– Manage, Report, and Audit Unemployment claims

– Attend Unemployment hearings

– Input Employee changes

– Manage Garnishments

– Maintain reports and produce ad hoc reports

– Approve Insurance payments

– Organize and Plan Employee recognition events

– Act as a Resource on Employee Policies and Procedures

– Ensure that company policies and procedures are followed

– Administer Drug Tests

Education & Experience

– Associates Degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred in a human resource discipline

– 5 plus years of experience in human resource management is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
