Cornerstone Rehab Hiring for Human Resources Coordinator Job at Lake Success, NY Full Time

New opportunity for a Human Resources Coordinator to join a fast growing Healthcare management and staffing firm headquartered in New Hyde Park, NY. As HR Coordinator you will gain experience in all areas of Human Resources including; Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Compliance and Employee Relations. With training, the Human Resources Coordinator will learn to work collaboratively with a team of professionals in a fast-paced work environment. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with high energy, capable of working independently to support the continued growth and success of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Support recruitment activities and post jobs for Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, OTA and PTA positions
• Review new applications and pre-screen resumes
• Maintain and update candidate profiles in ATS
• Assist with onboarding of new hires in line with compliance regulations
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 1+ years of experience in Human Resources strongly desired
• Strong work ethic and team player
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google reports
• Working knowledge of ATS and HRIS systems a plus
