Job Description:

• Knowledge of construction materials, processes and equipment
• Understands counting and measuring. Scheduling experience is a plus.
• Above basic computer skills including MS Office and Excel
• Experience managing budgets for projects of all sizes is a plus
• Level of pay depends on level of experience
• Work with client from start to finish of each project
• Create the schedule for each project and match talent to the job
• Oversee the beginning of each turn-key project, including details like permit submission and design evaluations
• Process change orders
• Negotiate with vendors, suppliers and sub-contractors daily
• Prepare and submit project estimates to clients

Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must be able to pass background check

Pay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
