Commercial, Sr. Project Manager – $110k-$150k
We are a nationwide general contractor providing construction services across multiple industries: commercial, civil, industrial, pre-fabrication, historic, healthcare, hospitality, design-build, self-perform, multi-family, urban mixed-use, and arts & culture. We are relatively new to the Middle Tennessee region and this position will have an integral role in our growth and development throughout Tennessee.

What You Will Be Doing
- You will lead, direct, and coordinate the overall management of the project and team per the total scope of services
- Develop a big picture understanding of the project through immersion into the documents
- Manage the client, employee experience, and subcontractor experience
- Lead quality control plan implementation and compliance
- Create cost efficiencies through process improvement
What You Need for this Position
- Commercial Project Management experience
- Savvy with construction software
- Leadership
