Denison Parking is looking for an Operations Manager. This position will manage multiple Facility Managers and through them mutliple facilities, focusing 50% of their time on growing their staff, and 50% managing and growing operations.

The qualified candidate will have:

• 7 or more years managing parking facilities
• Proven ability to develop staff
• Experience with mutliple service lines (valet, lots, garages, consulting)
• Ability to build strong client relationships
• Strong knowledge of budget development, revenue enhancement programs and all other financial elements of the parking business

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
