JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Company fee – 12%
- Auto liability and Cargo insurance $250 (weekly)
- Occupational insurance $45 (weekly, optional)
- Physical damage insurance 6% of the truck’s value (monthly, optional)
- Pre-pass $30 (monthly)
- Best pass (48 states) $20 (monthly)
